Ryan leads Spyglass Property Inspections through numerous types of inspections, from condominiums to single family homes to multi-unit buildings, as well as phase construction inspections. Ryan holds current licenses as a General Contractor and a Property Inspector in the State of Illinois. He was trained to become a home inspector from one of the most prestigious organizations in the industry, AHIT (American Home Inspector Training Institute) and is a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).
Ryan also stays very active in the community, being a part of the SBA (Schaumburg Business Association). When he has free time, his favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife Amy, son Charlie, and dog Tyson.
